Our elevated twist on the classic espresso martini - blending the sweetness of toffee with the richness of dark chocolate & warming spices...
Ingredients
- 30ml Sorsico Wildlane Tea
- 30ml brandy
- 30ml espresso
- 15ml Kahlua or coffee liqueur
- 10ml fig syrup (see WLT recipe)
- Garnish: star anise
Method
1. Cold Brew WLT Sorsico tea
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
3. Add ice and shake until well-chilled
4. Strain into a martini glass
5. Garnish with a star anise, or chocolate shavings & Sorsico tea sprinkles.
