Ingredients
- 60ml Spice Den Wildlane Tea
- 15ml lime juice
- 45ml ginger syrup (see WLT recipe)
- Dash of chilli paste or chilli oil
- Top up with soda or tonic water
- Garnish: chilli and a ginger slice
Method
1. Cold Brew WLT Spice Den tea
2. Fill a tall highball glass with ice
3. Build all ingredients
4. Top up with soda water
5. Garnish with fresh chilli and ginger
