Ingredients
- 45ml Sorsico Wildlane Tea
- 20ml espresso
- 20ml fig syrup (see WLT recipe)
- Ice
- Garnish: cacao nibs
Method
1. Cold Brew WLT Sorsico tea
2. Add all ingredients with ice into a shaker, and shake until well chilled
3. Strain into a tumbler over ice
4. Garnish with cacao nibs or 70% dark chocolate
