A sweet and sour mocktail with a touch of bitterness and a botanical tea twist. Bursting with flavour - sure to tantalise your taste buds...
Ingredients
- 60ml Sauvage Wildlane Tea
- 20ml fresh lemon
- 20ml pomegranate juice
- 10ml pandan extract (see WLT recipe)
- 1 muddled fig
- Dash of tonic water
- Garnish: pandan leaf and toasted fig
Method
1. Cold Brew WLT Sauvage tea
2. Put all ingredients except tonic water into a cocktail shaker and shake
3. Strain into a highball glass
4. Top up with tonic water
5. Garnish: half a toasted fig and pandan leaf
