A sweet and sour mocktail with a touch of bitterness and a botanical tea twist. Bursting with flavour - sure to tantalise your taste buds...


  • 60ml Sauvage Wildlane Tea
  • 20ml fresh lemon
  • 20ml pomegranate juice
  • 10ml pandan extract ( See WLT recipe)
  • 1 muddled fig
  • Dash of tonic water
  • Garnish: pandan leaf and toasted fig


1. Cold Brew WLT Sauvage tea

2. Put all ingredients except tonic water into a cocktail shaker and shake

3. Strain into a highball glass

4. Top up with tonic water

5. Garnish: half a toasted fig and pandan leaf
