The Colonel

It’s woody, it’s complex ... it’s The Colonel. For lovers of whiskey, malt and a bit of spice.

Ingredients

  • 20ml Oak & Iron Wildlane Tea
  • 60ml American Malt Whiskey non-alcoholic
  • 15ml Star anise extract ( see recipe)
  • Two dashes of orange bitters
  • Garnish: star anise

Method

1. Cold Brew WLT Spice Den tea

2. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass

3. Stir until well chilled

4. Garnish with an orange twist and star anise
