Wild Lane Tea (WLT) wants to provide you with best customer service experience so we have outlined our delivery policy below for your ease and reference together with the most frequently asked questions to give you peace of mind.

What delivery service does Wild Lane Tea use?

Wild Lane Tea uses Australia Post for all our domestic deliveries and DHL for international orders.

When is your order dispatched from our warehouse?

Once we receive your order it is processed by our friendly staff and we want it to be dispatched from our warehouse and on its way to you within 24 hours.

WLT encourages its staff to enjoy their weekend so please be patient as in the spirit of good will orders are shipped on business days only and not shipped or delivered on public holidays or the weekend.

How much will it cost to deliver my order and what are the estimated times for the arrival of my tea?

All WLT shipping costs will be calculated by weight and displayed at the checkout and will be on the receipt.

If you spend $47 dollars or more WLT will gift you free shipping however this option will not have tracking

Aust Post estimate 4-10 business days for delivery from the time the order leaves our warehouse It is absolutely free!
Keeping an eye on your post is easy with Aust Post Tracking Aust Post estimates between 3-5 business days for delivery from the time the order leaves our warehouse Your address needs to be on the list with Aust Post and the cost is estimated between $5-$10
Can't wait for your order and in a rush!
Express Shipping is the way to go.
Your tea will arrive in 1-2 business days from the time the order leaves our warehouse so you can enjoy the moment sooner Your address needs to be on the list with Aust Post then we estimate between $8-$12

It may take between 1-2 days before your Order is dispatched from the WLT warehouse and if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of a few days. Wild Lane Tea will reach out and let you know via email.

Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses covered by Australia Post overnight shipping network.

At all times when using Australia Post our standards are aligned with Australia post Delivery and international orders are with DHL policy and although we use our best endeavours to keep the delivery within the specified times sometimes things are out of our control and delays can occasionally occur. Occasionally an order may fall outside the estimated delivery window as per Australia post policy. Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses covered by Australia Post overnight shipping network.

Where does Wild Lane Tea deliver?

WLT deliver Australia Wide, wherever Auspost delivers and that includes Post Office Boxes.

Order follow up

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has left WLT warehouse and this shipment confirmation will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Your responsibility

If you wish to send an order overseas please contact us email: hello@wildlanetea.com.au and we will be able to assist you as we currently ship worldwide. It is the customer's responsibility for any and all costs, such as taxes and fees associated with international orders and Wild Lane Tea is not responsible for any shipment that may be affected by transfers, customs and natural occurrences from Australia Post to the local carrier in your country. Damaged Goods

Please do our best to secure our product once it leaves the WLT warehouse. Please ensure that you retain all packaging and order receipt with photos of the damaged goods.
