Returns Policy

We hope every customer absolutely adores our teas and enjoys the magical flavours and overall experience as much as we do. We have outlined our return policy to help you understand the process.

Change of Heart

We do offer refunds and exchanges within 30 days of receipt if you have changed your mind only on unopened products. Please be advised that you will need to provide proof of purchase, and the items must be untampered with and sealed and in its original saleable condition in order for a refund to be considered.

We regret that we cannot refund opened tea products as this poses a health and safety risk, but our team is on hand to talk you through our recipes and tea blends to help you find the ideal one that suits your purchase.

Proof of purchase

You will need to show proof of purchase, return the stock and provide a reason for the returned goods.

Faulty Goods

In the rare circumstance that your product is faulty then a refund will be made or a credit voucher will be issued. If the product is refunded then the refund will be repaid via the original payment method from place of purchase or a store credit may be given. In the event that the product is faulty you will need to report this faulty product within 7 days to the Wild Lane Customer care team.

How do I return a product?

Instore purchasers will require that you return the goods to the store that you purchased it from to make a return. Ensure that you have your receipt.

If you have purchased from Wild Lane online please reach out on the email below however please be advised that we do not cover the cost to return the goods to us.

How long will the refund take to process ?

Our refund process is simple. Once you have returned our order to us via the post we will provide you with a confirmation of receipt and the refund is in process.

The refund process will be completed within 10 business days depending on who you bank with. Instore returns can be processed immediately however the refund can take up to 5 days depending of course on your bank.
