A adventurous, flavoursome drink for anyone who appreciates a lightly spiced and refreshing mocktail with a botanical tea twist...

Ingredients

  • 60ml Bohemian Fire Wildlane Tea
  • Half serve of fresh lime, muddled
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Dash of ginger beer, add more to taste
  • Garnish: lime wedge

Method

1. Cold Brew WLT Bohemian Fire tea

2. Muddle half a lime

3. Add all ingredients into a highball glass over ice and top with ginger beer

4. Garnish with a lime wedge
