  • 30ml Baba's Nightcap Wildlane Tea
  • 45ml gin
  • 20ml lime juice
  • 10ml rose extract (see WLT recipe)
  • 10ml lychee purée
  • 6 x mint leaves
  • Garnish: rose petals or lavender sprigs


1. Cold Brew WLT Baba’s Nightcap tea

2. Roll and clap mint leaves to bring out the flavour

3. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker

4. Add ice and shake until well-chilled

5. Strain into a coupe glass

6. Garnish with rose petals or lavender
