Ingredients
- 20ml Dutch Picnic Wildlane Tea
- 30ml lemongrass infused gin
- 20ml lime juice
- 15ml maraschino liqueur
- 15ml green chartreuse
- Garnish: kafir lime leaf and citrus spray or orange bitters
Method
1. Cold Brew Dutch Picnic Wildlane tea
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker
3. Add ice and shake until well-chilled
4. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass
5. Garnish with a kafir lime leaf and a spritz of citrus spray or three drops of orange bitters
