Ingredients
- 30ml Baba’s Nightcap Wildlane Tea
- 30ml gin or vodka
- 15ml bergamot liqueur
- 10ml chamomile syrup (see WLT recipe)
- 20ml lemon juice
- 2 drops of cocktail foamer or 1 egg white
- Garnish: three drops of aromatic bitters
Method
1. Cold Brew WLT Baba’s Nightcap tea
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake
3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
4. Strain into a coupe or cocktail glass
5. Use a toothpick to drag through the drops of bitters and create hearts to garnish
