Black Swan

  • 15ml Oak & Iron Wildlane Tea
  • 45ml rye whiskey or brandy
  • 10ml simple extract (see WLT recipe)
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
  • Absinthe wash
  • Garnish; lemon slice & cherry skewered


1. Cold brew Oak & Iron Wildlane tea

2. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass

3. Add ice and stir until well-chilled

4. Coat a tumbler glass with 4 parts water and 1 part absinthe, then discard

5. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler glass over fresh ice

6. Garnish with skewered lemon and cherry
