Black Swan

Ingredients
- 15ml Oak & Iron Wildlane Tea
- 45ml rye whiskey or brandy
- 10ml simple extract (see WLT recipe)
- 3 dashes of Peychaud’s bitters
- Absinthe wash
- Garnish; lemon slice & cherry skewered
Method
1. Cold brew Oak & Iron Wildlane tea
2. Add all the ingredients into a mixing glass
3. Add ice and stir until well-chilled
4. Coat a tumbler glass with 4 parts water and 1 part absinthe, then discard
5. Strain the cocktail into a tumbler glass over fresh ice
6. Garnish with skewered lemon and cherry
