Ingredients
- 30ml Sauvage Wildlane Tea
- 60ml rum or cachaca
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 2 x passionfruit
- 20ml coconut water
- A sprig of lemongrass
- Crushed ice
- Garnish: passionfruit slice
Method
1. Cold brew Sauvage Wildlane tea
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake
3. Add crushed ice and shake until well-chilled
4. Pour all together into a tumbler glass
5. Garnish with a passionfruit slice & pulp
