Ingredients
- 30ml Sauvage Wildlane Tea
- 45ml dark rum
- 20ml ginger extract (see WLT recipe)
- 30ml pineapple juice
- 15ml lime juice
- Soda water
- Garnish: pineapple leaf
Method
1. Cold brew Sauvage Wildlane tea
2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and dry shake
3. Add ice and shake again until well-chilled
4. Strain into a highball glass and top with soda water
5. Garnish with a pineapple leaf
